Echo Lake

Paint the Aspens on the way to Mount Evans. Take I-70 west to Idaho Springs; take Hwy. 103 to Mount Evans and Echo Lake.
Paint anywhere along the way that strikes your fancy. Follow the road back to Evergreen on the way back and there may be a second painting there too!

Several people have said that the Tuesday Paint Out would be better to go from Evergreen.

Echo Lake

Paint the Aspens on the way to Mount Evans. Go west on I-70 and exit at the Evergreen Pkwy (Hwy 74) to the Mount Evans Exit (Hwy 103-at the light, turn right, there is a sign there to Mount Evans) to Squaw Pass Road. Paint anywhere along the way that strikes your fancy.
